In short: Team Track is internal software for people who work at Westgate IT Hub. Use it for work, treat colleagues decently, and keep your account to yourself.
Team Track is provided to current employees and contractors of Westgate IT Hub. Accounts are created by invitation from an administrator; there is no public sign-up. Your access ends when your engagement with the company ends.
Keep your password private and do not let anyone else use your account. Your fingerprint enrolment on the office scanner is personal to you — asking a colleague to scan for you, or scanning for them, is falsifying attendance records. Tell your administrator immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.
You can block another user and report a message from inside the chat. Reports go to an administrator for review, and accounts may be suspended for breaches.
Messages, photos, files and notes you create remain the property of you or the company as your employment contract provides. By posting them you allow Westgate IT Hub to store and display them within Team Track for normal business use.
Team Track records attendance and calculates figures used in payroll, but the app is a tool, not the final authority. If something looks wrong — a missing punch, incorrect hours, an unexpected deduction — raise it with your administrator, who can correct the record. Corrections made by an administrator take precedence over what the app calculated.
We aim to keep Team Track running at all times, but it depends on the office network, the fingerprint scanner and third-party services, so interruptions can happen. The app is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted service. Where the service is unavailable, attendance may be recorded manually by an administrator.
You can request account deletion at any time on our account deletion page. Westgate IT Hub may suspend or remove access for breach of these terms or at the end of your engagement.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the date at the top of this page will change.
